Dragon's Breath is a unique, frozen treat. At Dragon's Breath, our experienced team members have to undergo an extensive training process where they are taught how to safely use the liquid nitrogen equipment.
Liquid nitrogen is a gas (chemical element) that has been cooled to a liquid state. A lot of people ask "is liquid nitrogen safe to eat?" YES! Not only is liquid nitrogen safe to consume, but it has also been used in the culinary industry since 1980.
First, liquid nitrogen is poured into a bowl and mixed with the puffs. Then, one of our team members will shake the bowl in order to evaporate the nitrogen down to a safe level for consumption.
